An NSUI activist accidentally attain fire on his body during NSUI members burnt the effigy of AASU Adviser Samujjal Kumar Bhattcharya and AGP MP Sarbananda Sonowal in protest against the issue of hanging the effigies of Chief Minister of Assam Tarun Gogoi and Education Minister of Assam Ripun Bora by the AASU members over the recent resignation of Vice Chancellor of Gauhati University Amarjyoti Choudhury. The member was taken to near by hospital after the incident by his party-colleague.
