Maitri Sthal at Bum La
The last post of the Indian Army, at a height of 12,000 feet! Bum La ( near Tawang), the pass to China. The Maitri Sthal is also a meeting point of the Indian and the Chinese armies for discussing issues relevant to security and border patrolling.
One of the few places under the Army's control, where the Army itself requests the visitors to take images!!
