The foundation stone for the ESIC Super-speciality Hospital and Medical Education Complex, consisting of medical, dental and nursing colleges, will be laid by Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in the presence of Union Labour and Employment Minister M. Mallikarjun Kharge and Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa on the sprawling 30.4 acre plot on the Gulbarga University campus.
