1 millimeter rain equals to 10 kilometers of pain. The millennium city just turns into a riverbed whenever it receives its annual share of rain. Roads clog down with traffic and driving becomes a pain. Wastage of time, wastage of energy and overall a lot of wastage of petrol. Added to this, imagine the defunct rain water harvesting systems in many residential areas - when will the millennium city become eco friendly?
