Ursula Burns, Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Corporation, is the Fortune's eight most powerful women in business. Ursula Burns, who named CEO of Xerox in July 2009 and assumed the role of Chairwoman of the company on May 20, 2010, is the first African-American woman CEO to head a Fortune 500 company. In 2010, Ursula Burns closed the company’s biggest deal ever -- the $6.4 billion acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services, which helped increase profits 25%.
