Meat is the most prominent western food and to make it a healthier choice, look for the leanest cuts possible. Try to have meat in smaller portions. The size of the meat portion should not exceed more than three to four ounces. And go for a lesser quantity of meat but of a higher quality, which will make it healthier and tastier.
