Known for its gigantic wingspan and beaks, Rosy Pelicans are 12 feet in length. This winter migratory bird, migrate from Pakistan to north India. They usually settle down in shallow, fresh water lakes with plenty of fish. They also make their visit in Nepal, in search of food. And this is the reason which had brought about a disruption in their habitat. They eat seagulls and ducklings and are also famous for stealing other bird's food.
