Since eternity the tight sattu dumplings and dip dish Litti Chokha lives in heart of all Biharis. Litti is made of Sattu, specifically cooked in Ghee in a clay oven which lends the dish a distinct Smokey flavor. Whereas the dip of dish is made of brinjal, onione and spices. Litti Chokha is a traditional dish of Bihar and people who belong to same state learn about the recipe and its taste since their childhood.
