Known as Singhara or Pani-phal come from floating annual aquatic plants which grow in slow-moving water. Water Caltrop is categorized as fruit and people add it in their meal during Navratri. It's flour can be used in making Halwa, Chaap, Roti, Puri, Tikki, Barfi etc. It taste like cashew or almond and is a perfect remedy for health related issues.
