It is a Rajasthani dessert and made during the festival of Teej. This dessert comes in every shape and sizes and one cannot resist to gulp at least a single piece of it. Made from refined flour, ghee, kewada essence, saffron, corn flour this fried, crunchy and crisp disc is enough to make one to crave for it every minute. People love to have it either plain, with rabadi or nuts. Although Ghevar simply belongs to Rajasthan but it is easily available in every corner of the nation.
