Fruits Salad

Rich in protein and vitamins, fruits are very much helpful to kill starvation at some level. At least two serving of fruits are highly required during Ramdan. The fruit salad gives a good start to the iftar meal, as one eats food with empty stomach, so oily food might hurt the stomach if they had it in empty stomach, so having fruits before having oily food helps in keeping the stomach in good condition.
