Tattered Building Of Shimla Employment Exchange
Himachal Pradesh Government claims to be on its toes to provide employment to the people of the state but the conditions of the Employment Exchange of the state’s capital, Shimla, is miserable. The building is so badly maintained that it scares us to step inside without getting our lives insured.
